Chocolate Cake with Buttercream

Description

I made a dark chocolate sponge filled and topped with vanilla buttercream and hazelnut truffles. I used fresh eggs, butter, cream and dark chocolate — gently sweetened and finished with truffles.

Ingredients

Fresh: fresh eggs, butter, cream, ricotta

Dry base: flour, dark chocolate, sugar, baking powder

Flavour: natural vanilla

Topping: hazelnut truffles
